Inguinal hernia

Presentation

Right inguinal low grade pain after 1 hr of standing - Noticed for last few days.

Patient Data

Age: about 45 yrs
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

There is RIGHT inguinal hernia during supine Valsalva maneuver. 
Hernia passes medial to inferior epigastric vessels.
Urinary bladder and mesenteric fat are noted in hernia.
Hernia is reducible.


There is LEFT inguinal hernia during supine Valsalva maneuver. 
Hernia passes medial to inferior epigastric vessels.
Urinary bladder and mesenteric fat are noted in hernia.
Hernia is reducible.

Case Discussion

Findings of bilateral direct inguinal hernia containing fat and urinary bladder.
