Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Low grade right inguinal pain after an hour of standing noticed for the last few days.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

There is right inguinal hernia during supine Valsalva maneuver. 
Hernia passes medial to inferior epigastric vessels.
Urinary bladder and mesenteric fat are noted in hernia.
Hernia is reducible.


There is left inguinal hernia during supine Valsalva maneuver. 
Hernia passes medial to inferior epigastric vessels.
Urinary bladder and mesenteric fat are noted in hernia.
Hernia is reducible.
