Aggressive esophagus carcinoma. Known bone metastases.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

No metastases identified. Bowel projected over the right superior pubic ramus is suggestive of an inguinal hernia.

Case Discussion

The pelvic x-ray did not reveal further bone metastases. Nevertheless, an inguinal hernia was suspected, which may become an emergency in the case of incarceration.
