Presentation

Abdominopelvic pain and left inguinal mass feeling.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
Barium

Dolichocolon is present.
A large segment of sigmoid colon is herniated from the left inguinal canal into the left hemi-scrotum causing colon luminal narrowing in the herniation site mimics tumoral infiltration.
