Inguinal hernia containing urinary bladder

Large indirect inguinal hernia containing bladder (scrotal cystocele).
Other findings include: uncomplicated diverticular disease of the colon, umbilical hernia transmitting bowel loops and omentum, enlarged prostate, degenerative changes of both hip joints and calcified left inguinal lymph node. Sacralized L5 vertebra and spondylodegenerative changes.
Case Discussion
Further clinical history taking revealed that the patient actually massages their scrotum to urinate. Management was surgical.
