Inguinal ovarian hernia
Left inguinal reducible swelling became non-reducible for last 30 hrs.

The left ovary is in the left inguinal canal. Hernia passes superficial to inferior epigastric vessels. Left ovary is possibly larger than normal for age.
Intra-ovarian flow could not be properly evaluated due to excessive crying by child. However, there is a possible grayscale 'whirl' at hernia site.
11 months of girl child presents with non-reducible left inguinal swelling. Ultrasound shows an ovary in the hernia with possible gray scale 'whirl-pool sign'.
Surgery was done on same day revealing gangrenous herniated ovary.
