Inguino scrotal hernia

Left inguinoscrotal swelling.

Patient Data

Gender: Male

Intraabdominal fat protrusion in the left inguinal canal reaching up to the left hemiscrotum. Smaller left testis (22 x 15 x 12 mm - 2.3 cc) than the right testis (34 x 20 x 13 mm - 4.9 cc). Normal echopattern and vascularity of both testis. No mass lesion in either of the testes. Bilateral normal epididymis. No hydrocele on either side. No hernia in the right inguinal canal.
