Bladder hernia is a rare condition that usually occurs in middle-aged men. It should be suspected in any male with obstructive symptoms of lower urinary tract and associated inguinal hernia. The radiological diagnostic test of choice to evaluate this disease is Retrograde and voiding cystourethrogram, and treatment of choice is that the hernia and bladder outlet obstruction.
