There is a hair clip in the right main bronchus, extending to bronchus intermedius distally and to the distal trachea proximally. Lungs are clear. No pneumothorax.
Case Discussion
The child was clinically stable at presentation. The hair clip was quite thin and definitely not causing any airway obstruction at present. The hair clip was successfully removed endoscopically.
