Presentation

Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. Sudden problems with knee flexion.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty with medial joint space narrowing. Two focal radiopaque markers show a dislocated prosthesis inlay.

The inlay dislocation was confirmed during revision surgery and the inlay was replaced. Take note of the now regular joint space and the correct position of radiopaque marker (the second marker is not visible).
