Case Discussion

Insulinoma is a tumor that belongs to the group of neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas, although rare, is the most common among them.

The well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors usually present as hypervascular nodules in the arterial phase examinations (CT and MRI).

This is a presumptive diagnosis based on findings in correlation with the clinical history.
