The RCA has an aberrant origin from the left coronary sinus and courses in between the aortic root and the pulmonary trunk.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates one of the uncommon anomalous origins of the coronary arteries that carry a significant risk of sudden cardiac death, which is attributable to the extrinsic compression effect on the RCA from the aortic root and the pulmonary trunk.
