'Malignant' course of the right coronary artery, originating from the left coronary cusp and coursing between the aorta and pulmonary trunk.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates a malignant (inter-arterial) course of the right coronary artery, arising form the left coronary cusp and coursing between the aorta and pulmonary trunk. Whilst most commonly an asymptomatic incidental findings, this course puts the right coronary artery at higher risk of stenosis and myocardial ischaemia.
