There is a high signal T1 fat sat crescent sign within the wall of the cervical and petrous segments of the left internal carotid artery. The true and false lumen are well-visualized on the 3D-TOF MRA source images.
No evidence of subarachnoid or intraventricular hemorrhage. Normal size and configuration of the ventricular system.
