55 mm aneurysm arising from left internal iliac artery. No rupture. Heavy vascular calcification but no other aneurysm. Indeterminate left renal cortical lesion and cystic lesions arising from pancreatic neck, body and tail. Bilateral hip replacements.
Case Discussion
This is an unusual presentation given that there are no associated aneurysms elsewhere. No rupture was identified. Further management of the aneurysm was not planned, and the renal and pancreatic lesions were not further investigated.
