Rule out bleed post fall. On warfarin. No acute focal neurology

Patient Data

Age: Elderly

The study is negative for acute intra-parenchymal bleeding.

Incidentally noted, multiple hypoattenuating areas in the centrum semiovale and corona radiata in a typical appearance for internal watershed infarctions (old insult).
