Fall from own height with direct trauma to the second finger of the left hand.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Dislocation of the proximal interphalangeal joint of the second finger, with posterior deviation of the middle and distal phalanges.

Case Discussion

Patient submitted to closed reduction of the dislocation, without the need for surgical intervention.
