Presentation

Recurrent pain and swelling at the distal forearm on dorsal extension of the wrist.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
mri

T2-hyperintense inflammatory edema around the intersection of the APL and EPB tendons and the wrist extensor tendons, about 4 cm proximal to Lister's tubercle. The periosteum of the radius is also involved.
