Significant right postro-lateral disc protrusion is seen between L.V.4-5 with right L5 nerve root strong effacement, and to a lesser extent the contra-lateral left S1 nerve root sleeve.
MR changes of segmental degenerative spondylosis are seen along the above mentioned level of L.V.4-5
Manifest reduced intra-spinal diameters between L.V.1-5; notably that between L.V.4-5 disc space level.
An intra-osseous hemangioma of L.V.4 vertebral body
