Presentation

Repeated bouts of vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Barium

Barium meal demonstrates abnormal distribution of the small bowel. The duodenum fails to cross the midline and DJ flexure is located to the right of the midline and at the level of L3. From there the small bowel is curled in the right side of the abdomen, with colon on the left.
