Intestinal obstruction due to diaphragmatic hernia

A large left hemidiphragm defect, with abdominal contents including the stomach and small bowel loops almost filling up the left hemithorax with resultant medisatinal shift to the right. In addition, there are small bowel loops herniating through the intercostal spaces causing intestinal obstruction.
