Figure 1 shows a circular detachment intima of common carotid artery at the site of the overlay clip. Figure 2 is a lateral projection of the place of maximum stenosis of the vessel. The diameter percent stenosis of 70-75%. Figure 2 is seen a local increase of the flow velocity with turbulence.
