Intra-articular calcaneal fracture

A comminuted fracture of the calcaneus can be seen with a slight displacement, extending to the talocalcaneal joint.
Case Discussion
Calcaneal fracture is the most common tarsal fracture and is better assessed with a calcaneal series of radiographs. However, CT is the modality of choice to evaluate calcaneal fracture.
