Knee pain and swelling for a year.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
  • chondral defect on the medial patellar facet
  • loose osteochondral body in the lateral posterior capsular recess of the knee joint
  • moderate joint effusion

Case Discussion

MRI is the best imaging modality to see the location and nature of an intra-articular loose body.
