Hyperdense right vitreous corresponds to intra-ocular injection of silicone oil.
Case Discussion
Intra-ocular injection of silicone oil is used to prevent re-detachment of the retina which could be misinterpreted as acute, intra-ocular hemorrhage. So appropriate history should be obtained.
