Specimens from a definitive operative procedure confirm an odontogenic keratocyst.
Case Discussion
Uncommon type of odontogenic keratocyst.
Firstly, the cyst being contained within the maxillary sinus.
Secondly, the presence of two teeth in the cyst.
Thirdly, the high position of the teeth forming part of the inferior orbital wall.
The cyst was surgically removed by OMF.
