History of HCC and IVC thrombosis.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

There is a round echogenic lesion within the IVC extending to the right atrium.

Mild right pleural effusion.


Filling-defect within IVC that shows continuity with the primary tumor in the liver and extends to the right atrium, consistent with a tumor thrombus.

Mild right pleural effusion.

Moderate free ascites and hydrocele.
