Giant arachnoid cyst in the left middle cranial fossa which extends almost to the vertex, it significantly compresses the left cerebral hemisphere, with contralateral midline shift.
It significantly compresses the left lateral ventricle, it also compresses the right foramen of Monro with subsequent moderate asymmetrical right hydrocephalic changes.
No significant bone remodeling of the adjacent calvarail bones.
The lesion is isodense to the CSF, with no evidence of fresh blood density within.
