Intracranial cavernoma
Updates to Case Attributes
Heterogeneous haemorrhagic lesion, demonstrating a 'popcorn' or 'berry' appearance, containing central hyperintense areas with well defined regular hypointense hemosiderin rim at the periphery inof the right frontal lobe in keeping with a cavernoma
Small prominent draining vascular channel is seen in right frontal region draining into a cortical vein consistent with a develomental venous anomaly.

Heterogeneous haemorrhagic lesion, demonstrating a 'popcorn' or 'berry' appearance, containing central hyperintense areas with well defined regular hypointense hemosiderin rim at periphery in the right frontal lobe.
Small prominent draining vascular channel is seen inin the right frontal region draining into a cortical vein.
Another prominent vascular channel is seen extending from left parietal region upto subependymal surface.
