Intracranial epidermoid cyst

Posterior fossa extra-axial abnormal signal intensity lesion is seen in the mid line inferior to the vermis displacing cerebellar hemispheres appears of low signal intensity in T1,high signal intensity in T2 with heterogenous FLAIR signal. No evidence of post contrast enhancement. Diffusion restriction is also noted.
Case Discussion
The described MRI findings are characteristic for epidermoid cyst.
