Presentation

Postural headaches for three months.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri
  • bilateral prominent dural thickening with enhancement over the cerebral hemispheres and the posterior fossa
  • small size of the ventricular system
  • enlarged pituitary gland
  • distension of the venous system 

Case Discussion

MRI imaging findings are in keeping with the confirmed clinical diagnosis of intracranial hypotension.
