Intracranial tuberculomas

The study reveals multiple focal discrete and conglomerate lesions with hypointense center on T2W scans and mild to moderate perilesional edema in left frontoparietal, occipital and temporal lobes, suggestive of tuberculomas.
Case Discussion
Although the diagnosis has not been formally proven, in an endemic area appearances are very suggestive of the diagnosis.
