New circumscribed rounded lesion in the right breast, posterior and just medial to the right nipple. There appears to be a tail extending towards the nipple. The lesion is new compared to prior mammograms (not shown).

Periareaolar intraductal lesion, terminating within a cyst. There is internal vascularity within the intraductal stalk.

Ultrasound guided core biopsy and subsequent excisional biopsy confirm a benign papilloma.
