Sudden onset left mild sensorineural hearing loss. ENT check normal. History of well-controlled blood pressure. To exclude left retro cochlear lesion.

A well-defined osteolytic lesion was noted involving the inner and outer tables of occipital bone on the left side. No aggressive features.
Case Discussion
Intradiploic epidermoid cysts appear as hypodense lesion with sharply demarcated bony defects involving the tables of skull and zones of calcifications.
Differential diagnosis include eosinophilic granuloma, calvarial hemangioma, dermoid cyst and fibrous dysplasia.
