Progressive painless swelling of the occipital region

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

There is an intradiploic expansile osteolytic lesion of the occipital bone, hypodense with no enhancement, containing foci of calcification with expansion and erosion of the inner and outer tables of the skull.
