The secretory duct of the right breast was cannulated under sterile conditions, and contrast material was injected into the duct.
A filling defect can be seen inside one of the duct's branches in the retro-nipple area, and the contrast material has not reached distal to the lesion.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent targeted ultrasonography, and then ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted mass resection was performed. The histopathology evaluation confirmed intraductal papilloma without malignant transformation.
