Body was changed:

Ultrasound guided-guided biopsy was performed, as well as subsequent excision showing an intraductal papilloma without atypia.  Clinically Clinically, the inverted nipple was readily everted, thought likely periductal inflammation.

Findings was changed:

There is indrawing of the left nipple with an elongated density projecting posteriorly into the left breast. There is no associated calcification or discrete mass.

The right breast mammogram (not shown) was normal.
