Presentation

Right nipple bloody discharge.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

The secretory duct of the right breast was cannulated under sterile conditions, and contrast material was injected into the duct. The exposed duct is dilated, and a filling defect with a longitudinal diameter of about 7 mm is visible within.

Case Discussion

A US-guided vacuum-assisted breast mass resection was performed for the intraductal lesion of the right breast, and histopathology evaluation confirmed intraductal papilloma, the most common mass within the milk ducts of the breast.
