Intraductal papilloma of breast

Bloody nipple discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

In mammographic evaluation, there is a semi-round mass with irregular margin at retroareolar regions of the right breast contains few tiny internal punctate calcifications. After canulation of discharging duct and contrast media injection filling defect and obstruction are seen in the retroareolar portion of the enhanced duct at the location of the mentioned mass. 

Case Discussion

Pathology proven case of intraductal papilloma in a young female with bloody nipple discharge. Papillomas are the most common intraductal mass lesions of the breast.
