Ultrasound

Ultrasound demonstrates a typical intramammary lymph node.

Case Discussion

An intramammary lymph node is a common benign breast lesion that is encountered incidentally or presents with painful breast lump if inflamed. It also could be a site for nodal metastasis in breast cancer.
