Low density, well-defined small lesion overlying the pectoral muscle profile on the right MLO view. You can actually see the pectoral muscle profile through the lymph node. More nodes are seen higher up in the axillary tail.
Case Discussion
This is a typical intramammary lymph node. It has all the hallmarks of a node and further workup is not indicated.
Compare this case with case 21440.
