Case Discussion

Intramammary lymph nodes are one of the most common benign findings (BIRADS 2). They are seen as circumscribed oval or reniform non-calcified structure with central fatty hilum. They have a predilection for the upper and outer quadrant of the breast. They are defined as lymph nodes that should be surrounded by breast tissue on all sides.
