Presentation

Chronic abdominal pain and constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Lipoma of the left obturator internus muscle, -190HU, causing mild mass effect on rectum and prostate.

Incidentally: 

  • left vesicoureteric junction (VUJ) calculus

  • circumaortic left renal vein
