- mid-shaft fractures of tibia and fibula of left leg
- internal fixation with flexible intramedullary nails

Post- operative X-ray of intramedullary nail fixation for tibial and fibular fractures:
- x-ray is taken to check for alignment of bones
- and also to check position of nail
