Presentation

History of breast cancer, presenting with neck stiffness and tetraparesis.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.

A solitary, centrally located intramedullary lesion at the C5/6 level with perifocal edema that extends 2 segments above and below. After IV gadolinium, the lesion enhances homogeneously.

The patient had been under chemotherapy for breast cancer with liver metastases.
