Persistent shoulder pain without trauma.

In the anterior portion of the supraspinatus muscle tendon, there is a thin interstitial lesion associated with an elongated intramuscular ganglion cyst. There is also mild degeneration with small associated calcifications. Acromio-clavicular osteoarthritis.
