There is an oval-shaped fat-density lesion seen in the posterior aspect of right latissimus dorsi muscle, in keeping with a lipoma
The right hemidiaphragm shows a small crural lipoma.
Both adrenals are unremarkable.
No obvious dense gallbladder stones or ureteric stones.
There is tiny non-obstructive stone seen in the lower portion of the kidney.
Bilateral renal cortical cysts are noted.
Case Discussion
Two incidentally found intramuscular lipomas are seen, the lesions appear homogenous and have the same attenuation as the subcutaneous fat.
