Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

CT stone protocol:

Small rounded calculus in the proximal left ureter, causing mild hydronephrosis (not shown).

At the base of the right femoral lesser trochanter, there is a lesion measuring 17 x 22 x 26 mm, comprising homogeneous fat (-58 HU), with a thin, well-demarcated sclerotic border.

Case Discussion

Incidental lesion at the base of the lesser trochanter with radiological features of a lipoma.
