Inversion injury to left ankle. Swollen and tender lateral malleolus.

Patient Data

Age: 33
Gender: Male
  1. Intra-articular distal fibular fracture (Weber B type)
  2. Incidental finding of calcaneal intraosseous lipoma

Case Discussion

Fracture was identified by emergency department and immobilized. 

Radiologist diagnosed intraosseous lipoma - no follow-up advised for this.
