Intraosseous lipoma of the calcaneus

Incidental finding in an case of previous ankle trauma with persistent pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Male

Milgram type I intraosseous lipoma with (almost) homogeneous fat signal and no enhancement. The cloudy signal attenuation in the center of the lesion indicates incipient regressive changes.
