Presentation

Knee pain for three months in masonry without trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

Oval lytic lesion of the external femoral condyle (20 mm) surrounded by edema with disruption of the cortex, medially, related to mucoid degeneration of the ACL.

Modality: CT

Oval lytic lesion of the external femoral condyle with regular and sclerotic margins with cortex disruption medially, at proximal insertion of the anterior cruciate ligament.
